Grand Park Chinese Seafood Restaurant was established in 2004. Located at Alexandra Park, it is one of the best Chinese restaurants for its yum char and seafood in Auckland.

Lighting Issues and Solution:
The restaurant has been using over 200 halogen MR16 GU5.3 base spotlights for their main dining rooms. They have quick lumen depreciation with varying light output, short lifespan, poor lighting efficacy and high heat emission. Self trial with various LED lamps has encountered compatibility problem with the existing transformer, too high or too low colour temperature or insufficient brightness.
The existing GU5.3 spotlight and transformer are replaced with our customized 6w GU10 having the 3100K colour temperature and flux lumen >550lm. There will be savings in energy from lighting and air conditioning. Further savings will be achieved in relamping maintenance.
the healthcare aspect to normal workplace lighting qualities. Through extensive research, prototypes, and diagnostic tests, our engineering team created an innovative Smart Lighting technology that allowed for manual/automatic control over colour temperature, brightness, ambiance, and full spectrum simulation.
The staff at Mercy Ascot Hospital were very pleased with our final product and it’s applications. The new Smart Lighting technology accounted for speedier patient recovery, as well as a boost in workplace comfortability and productivity.
