The Project
Our client relocated his law firm office after becoming an owner occupier. They would like to improve the lighting environment for employees and visitors at the reception, meeting room and office areas.
Existing Lighting
The lighting in use before the relocation was fluorescent tube troffers. These were in need of replacement as they are close to the end of their working life and the flickering from the lights made the office environment uncomfortable to conduct business.
The Solution
The fluorescent tube troffers were replaced with 45W 5000K LED troffers. They could achieve a much modern outlook, reduction in the number of lighting fixtures, lower power consumption, in addition to the improvement in illumination quality.
